It houses all of the “need to know” elements of a busy garden center (documents, training, HR forms, marketing, operations, buying, KPI reporting, and much more) to keep your team informed, efficient and engaged.

Yes. There is a $79/month monthly maintenance/support/engagement fee in addition to the original Connect+® Elite investment.
The monthly fee includes 2 hours of administrative support, application/data management and your customized Ai bot, along with access to all the new, innovative workplace solutions and training videos that are added each month. It also includes access to The Horticulture Network where IGC’s receive updates on industry news and special offers from their vendors, as well as access to the ConnectSpace Forum to collaborate and share ideas/insights with other ConnectSpace users.
Lastly, your monthly fee includes video training programs and live virtual IGC workshops to continue your commitment to life-long learning. “Knowledge is the new currency!”
Will Proven Winners have access to my data?
Will Proven Winners have access to my data?
No. The ConnectSpace platform is completely and solely the property ownership of the Connect+ Elite member. It is password protected and secured through the rigorous security protocols of each Google Workspace Account. Accessibility is granted to the BoomerWrangle team to help in development, ongoing support, and overall maintenance of the site only and is not shared with the Proven Winners brand.
How long will set up take?
How long will set up take?
The initial set up takes 14 - 21 days based upon receiving the necessary assets for design/build.
From there, the “first look” is scheduled to address edits, additions and updates, and the final delivery of a customized ConnectSpace occurs within the following 14 - 21 days.
Note: The site continues to change and evolve over time based upon the ConnectSpace member’s needs and wants but is usually operational within the first six weeks of development.
(Current average delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks).
Will I have a dedicated point of contact for ConnectSpace?

Yes. Each ConnectSpace member will have a single point of contact who will direct them to the appropriate BoomerWrangle team member depending upon their needs. We will walk the new ConnectSpace member through every step of the way and are always just a quick phone call or email away.

BoomerWrangle will work to custom-build the platform, set it up for a company-wide launch, and be there in support each month (see FAQ #3); however, day-to-day uploads of content and changes will be taught to the individual ConnectSpace Champion to master on their own.
It is an extremely easy “drag and drop” platform that takes only 10-minutes to learn and then love. The feedback on the “ease-of-use” has been very positive by each existing ConnectSpace member.
